Klomptek BV launches Promo Codes Business model for TrackandProtect (TnP)
TrackandProtect is taken from the already twice nominated Remote Call Manager (RCM) suite, world's first active Mobile Expense Management (TEM) tool that is already offered in 19 countries within 3 months after its's launch. TrackandProtect is based on the same platform as RCM and is optimized for mobile phone and (company) assets security. For consumers the main features are a combination of tools to maximize the return rates of stolen and missing phones.

RCM client-auto update: 1.00(37). Support for Microsoft© Exchange "Company directory" application (Mail for Exchange©). When calling from the remote company directory application, RCM now classifies these calls as "Business" and reports to both user (after call mesage) and server as Business calls.

RCM server: new features implemented. Introducing "roles" system for login. New login system with limited privileges for IT department and Analyst/finance department. IT department login is now focused on Device Management (no call list visible), Analyst login is now focused on analyses, cost control and expense reports.

New tools on RCM Admin panel for both Distributor and Reseller provides export functionality for Company licenses overview and billing purposes. Support for Reseller ID (SAP) implemented.

RCM client auto-update: 1.00(36) Added "Replace SIM Card" functionality. When remotely approved by the company admin, an employee can now change SIM card himself without activating auto-lock (theft control).The new SIM will be reported automatically to RCM server: no more need to ship the Employee phone back to company Admin.

After years of development, Klomptek® announces the release of Remote Call Manager, a new way of Device Management that can help companies to reduce their mobile expenses.

RCM was first shown to a selected audience during Mobile World Congress in Barcelona 2009 and was described as "highly impressive" and "perfect timing". Now RCM 1.0 is ready, Klomptek® started the certification procedure for (local first) Distributors (see Distributors). 

 

About Remote Call Manager
RCM offers an intelligent Contact Relation Management model (secure SaaS, Cloud Computing) that can share contacts information, seperate Business and Non-Business usage of mobile phones, analyze and control phone and application usage, and define Department and Activities rules to reduce (Non-Business) usage and expenses immediately. Finanse and HRM can do extended analyzis and get clear understanding about costs, using this info to control the mobile expenses in their company by pushing limitations of usage to the employee mobile phone(s).
